
Clinic Policies

We require a $100 booking deposit for all appointments, and $50 for all consultations.
This can be used towards your treatment on the day or carried over towards your future appointment.
Deposits can be refunded in the event you do not go ahead with treatment.
Deposits can be paid via our secure booking system when making an appointment online, in clinic, or over the phone.

We kindly ask for a minimum 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment, in order to avoid forfeiting your booking deposit.
Not showing up to an appointment will be an immediate forfeit of your deposit.

Please when possible, let us know you’re running late.
Arriving 5 minutes or more late to your appointment may result in the need to reschedule, or in some cases, only part of your treatment may be able to be completed.

As much as we love meeting your little ones, MUSE has a firm no child policy. This includes in reception. Children may not be left in reception, or accompany you into the treatment room. If you arrive to your appointment with a child, you will be politely asked to reschedule your appointment to another day.

We do not treat anyone with cosmetic injectables while pregnant or breastfeeding. We can however offer PRF with skin needling only, skin Needling, LED Therapy and PDO Threads.

You must wait 7 days before flying domestically, and 14 days before flying internationally after having any Volume Enhancement, Collagen Stimulators, skin hydrators or Bioremodelling treatments.
